We work hard to ensure that our prices are kept as low as possible. In order for all of our customers to benefit from our low prices and for us to maintain these, please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below, before you bid or purchase any items.
If you are unsure of any issues with our terms and conditions outlined below, please do not hesitate to email us and we will be more than happy to answer your queries on return and keep your enquiry on file.
GUARANTEE
All items will be sold in accordance to your statutory rights under "The Sale of Goods Act 1979" (as amended) and "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" unless stated longer, all goods carry a minimum of 6 month manufacture guarantee.
In the unlikely event that a fault does occur, we will replace the faulty part(s) or item free of charge including postage cost. (part(s) or item will be replaced depending on fault and in accordance to your statutory rights),
Buyer will pay any postal fees if parts or replacement items are requested back to us.
If you experience a slight problem during delivery, then a replacement is not usually required, the majority of the time the value just requires easy action, and it can be corrected within 5-10 minutes. Please contact us for advice.
Our guarantee does not cover replacement parts bought from third party, please note this will void your guarantee so please contact us before any actions.
Normal wear, accidental damage, abuse, neglect, and improper installation are not covered under our warranty. Our company will not be responsible for consequential damages.
EXCHANGE
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange your purchase for any other items within our shop (or eBay shop) within 7 days of the date of delivery.
It is your responsibility to return your purchase in ‘as new’ condition, in it's original box and packaging supplied.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return. We advise customers to send goods via recorded delivery with insurance where a signature is required upon delivery.
For any exchange after 7 days of the date of delivery, we charge up to 25% restocking fee, min £5.00 per item to cover administration costs associated with the exchange. We have the right to make technical inspection after return.
Before returning any items to us, you will need to contact us to discuss the availability of your preferred item and to settle any additional payment that maybe required, our customer support will advise you of any returns details.
If you are not totally satisfied and unable to find an alternative item, we will refund any purchase within 7 days from date of delivery. P&P will not be refunded.
It is our policy to refund all items via the original purchase method of payment within 28 days.
PAYMENT
Once you have completed your shopping in our shop (or eBay shop), the following payment methods are accepted:
Credit or debit card payment through PayPal;
Postal orders; bank transfer; cheque.
Please post your payment with a covering letter, and include the points below
Telephone & Postal address (eBay user ID, Item number)
When purchasing more than one item all items must be consolidated and paid for at the same time, in order for the postage discount to apply. You can consolidate all your items together onto one invoice (purchase) to speed up the process.
If items are purchased and paid for at a later date, then this offer does not apply.
International (Non UK) Customers: Payment via PayPal (confirmed address) or bank transfer only.
DELIVERY
Once your goods have been paid for in full, they will be dispatched in the following way:
We endeavour to send all goods out within 24 hours of payment being received, (this is usually next working day delivery for UK mainland), excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised.
Goods are delivered by courier to your stated postal address (for items paid by PayPal – billing address) and will require a signature upon delivery.
If you require delivery to a different address i.e. work, or on a specific day, please email us before we dispatch the goods and choice any other non-PayPal payment option.
Please email us immediately if the goods are found to be damaged in transit; sign delivery note and state in delivery note – ‘the box delivered damaged’. Most couriers accept their responsibility for damages within 7 days only.
The couriers will attempt delivery once, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt.
Please make sure, you must receive your item next working day 9.00 – 17.00 (UK mainland), if there is delay – contact us ASAP, otherwise item might be returned to us and additional charges apply.

Non UK mainland areas required 2-3 days and possible surcharge. Please contact us regarding offshore surcharge to avoid shipping delay.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered. (For eBay buyers - You will receive email once we have dispatched your item through the eBay mail system).
