This is a proper 2010 MODEL VSW - H12A 4/EZ air conditioner, perfect for the rooms around the house or for spot cooling in large offices. With a cooling capacity of 12000BTU/hr (3.5kW) and heating of 13000BTU/hr (3.8kW)it is suitable for a room 2.5m x 5m x 5m (up to 30-40 square metres). The efficiency of the unit means you get cooling 1200W input and heating 1250W of electrical energy! Seems odious but that's your real money economy. For each 1.25kW input power spent you will get 3.52kW of heating. The unit is very economical!

If you are a keen DIY person you will fit this item easy. This system is pre charged with the refrigerant up to 5m pipework and will be delivered to you ready to fit (with 5m pipes), the average installation time is around 2 hours for a qualified engineer.

A 70 mm diameter hole will need to be made through the wall to connect the indoor/outdoor units via the refrigerant pipes, condensate pipe and wiring. Step by step installation instruction included.

Final leakage examination would be strongly necessary; otherwise it may cause damage to the air-conditioner. However, if you are not an experienced DIY person we suggest you fit it by a fully qualified air conditioning engineer, that will cost around £150-£300 on top of the final selling price.
